Salary: $60,000 to $75,000 + great benefits

The Role:

• Fully accountable for the operational performance of your shop
• Working in a fast-paced environment with strong structure and service ethic
• Leading teams from 10 to 15 people at one time
• The role is a very ‘hands on’ position where they would be expected to be creating a fun environment with good working culture
• Train and develop your team to the brand standards set by the company
• Ensure fantastic customer service at all times

The Person

• You will be a fun, friendly and outgoing General Manager (with two to seven years’ experience as a GM)
• You must genuinely enjoy working in a fast-casual setting
• Experience of working within a similar setting as a General Manager
• Will be full of passion and drive, successfully exceeds standards and goals
