I am currently recruiting for an exciting Leisure and Entertainment client with a simple but high volume F+B offering. They run a group of very successful venues across the UK. They are typically high volume with a focus on great quality service in a unique environment. • A strong understanding of seasonal and fluctuating trading
• Experience covering for Deputy Managers
• Experience driving teams in high volume environment
• Branded Bar or Restaurant Management experience
• Understanding of data analysis and finance
• Committed to delivering high standards of customer service
