We are seeking a Marketing Director for a well-loved food brand who have a focus on growth across the UK. This role will lead all areas of brand, local marketing, design and digital across high street, franchise and grocery. The ideal person will have extensive experience building and guarding growth brands in the UK. You will manage a team of 5 in the Marketing team as well as contributing to the wider management board agenda to deliver financial business success while remaining the brand ambassador.

What are we looking for?

• Senior level marketing experience within retail or high street food brands.
• Degree in Marketing/ Communications or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years’ experience with campaign management exposure.
• Creative, commercially savvy Marketing leader
• An inspirational leader, getting the best out of individuals and the team.
• Someone who strikes the perfect balance between creative delivery and commercial return.
• Experience within an online or digital environment.
• Strong business acumen.
