I am recruiting a passionate and talented Senior Sous Chef for an exciting and very popular pasta restaurant

This restaurant is looking for a Senior Sous chef to help lead and develop further in this stable and committed kitchen team using the best seasonal ingredients

Requirements

• Stable experience within fast paced, volume Restaurants in London
• Experience with handmade pasta and cooking in volume
• Passionate about fresh food and seasonal produce- a real foodie!
• Drive and determination working with an international team
• Full safety compliance experience and knowledge
• Worked all the sections
