Job DescriptionExperience Level: 10+ years About the Role: We are seeking passionate and skilled Jewelry CAD Designers to join our dynamic global team in our jewelry operations office.As a Jewelry CAD Designer, you will play a key role in bringing our intricate and detailed designs to life, crafting stunning 3D jewelry models that align with our global design vision.You will work across a wide array of designs, catering to a diverse international portfolio.If you have a keen eye for aesthetics, excellent technical proficiency, and a passion for jewelry design, this is the opportunity for you.Responsibilities: Create detailed 3D models of intricate jewelry designs using advanced CAD software (e.g., Rhino, Matrix Gold).Interpret sketches or design briefs/concepts and transform them into realistic, high-quality 3D models for design review, feedback, and importantly for manufacturing point of view.Work in partnership with the design and operations teams to comprehend and implement design briefs, making sure that all creative and technical aspects are addressed.Ensure all designs meet our strict quality, safety, and manufacturing standards.Stay current with the latest trends in jewelry design, CAD technologies, and industry innovations.Conduct thorough quality control checks on designs to ensure precision and quality before production.Prepare and optimize CAD files for production, including 3D printing and other manufacturing processes.Contribute to continuous improvement of design processes Why Join Us?Opportunity to work on premium and variety of jewelry designs for international brands.Collaborate with a creative and dynamic team.Exposure to cutting-edge CAD technology and jewelry production methods.A stimulating environment where your design skills and creativity will flourish.Education: A degree or diploma in 3D CAD, Jewelry Design, Industrial Design, 3D Modeling, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as a Jewelry CAD Designer or in a similar jewelry design role, ideally within the jewelry manufacturing/working with International jewelry brands/retailers.(strong preference) Proficiency in CAD software such as Rhino, Matrix Gold, JewelCAD, or equivalent.Strong technical skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring designs are not only aesthetically pleasing but also feasible for production.Basic understanding of jewelry manufacturing processes and the ability to design with production in mind.Experience with 3D printing and rapid prototyping technologies is a plus.Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.Clear communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback to refine designs.
