SITE MANAGER

Role descriptionHe reports functionally to the Project Manager and hierarchically to the Construction Department Manager. He is the Tecnimont official Representative towards Client and Subcontractor at Site and, whenever necessary, local Authorities. He is responsible for the performance of all mobilized personnel and for all site activities, in particular for the final result, in terms of HSE performance, quality, duration and costs of construction. He manages all site activities and ensures the Responsible of the Project for construction and site management, in compliance with HSE, time schedules, costs and quality, managing the allocated resources in agreement with the respective Departments.
