We are searching for a perceptive and meticulous data entry typist to draft typed documents for our client. The data entry typist will inspect job briefs and gather the applicable materials required for each task. You will also be required to proofread your work, ensuring that it is error-free before submission. To ensure success as a data entry typist, you should excel at individual and group work. An outstanding data entry typist will implement measures that improve the accuracy and quantity of outputs. Data Entry Typist Responsibilities:Sourcing and organizing pertinent raw data, including audio files, working documents, and research papersTyping and formatting documents according to predetermined standardsRequesting clarity on assignment instructions, if neededEditing your work to ensure that it is error-free, consistent, and adherent to guidelinesPrinting and distributing copies of your approved work, as requiredCreating digital copies of all tasks in case of loss or theftDownloading and installing important software updatesEnsuring that your computer is password-protected and free from viruses at all timesRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrior experience as a data entry typist is preferableDatisfactory completion of a skills alignment exerciseAdvanced proficiency in mainstream word processorsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to meet tight deadlinesExcellent at independent and group workTwo days a week the work takes place in the Company headquarters, the other days remotelyRhode Island residency mandatory

JDE - Business System analyst (BSA)$51.46 - $59.59 / Hourly• Business System analyst (BSA) with 8-10 years of experience in Oracle JDE 9.2 – Sales Distribution Module, Electronic Data Interchange and Pricing Module• Proficient in facilitating and gathering requirements from internal teams and third-party business teams.• Proficient in analysis, design, testing, triaging and support. • Proficient in writing Functional Design Document, documenting Process flows, table design, data mapping (integration & other), test plan, test cases – Functional, integration, end to end and regression, test case execution and, defect logging.• Proficient with hands on experience with JSON, XML and API. • Experience in integrating JDE with another application. Ideally it will be a front-end web application (Online store/ Order Management). • Hands on experience with Structured Query Language (SQL).
