General Tasks May Include (training will be provided on each item to ensure best practices are followed) ● Decorating (painting, sanding, filling) ● Moving furniture ● Low voltage electrical works (i.e. changing light bulbs, PAT testing) ● Basic carpentry ● Fixing door handles, hinges, closers. ● Minor plumbing work ● Hanging whiteboards, TVs, clocks etc ● Building furniture Requirements ● 5 GCSEs grade C or above or similar international qualification (preferred but not essential) ● Interest in DIY and maintenance ● Willingness to learn on the job and develop practical skills ● Be able to undertake basic plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical and painting/finishing trades. ● Ability to work with smart phone applications ● Written and verbal communication skills
