This team member will be part of a multidisciplinary workforce, developing meaningful experiences and insightful product solutions. Industrial Engineer

ResponsibilitiesPlan and lead the installation and sequencing of machines, works stations, tools, parts and supplies to optimize the efficiency of the production process.Guide or coach Engineers in preparing engineering process documentation.Analysis and development of manufacturing functions, capacities, and facilities needed to produce the customers product.Coordinates with stakeholders to develop improvement plans which support established manufacturing methods, practices, and designsUses tools to gather information on current state conditions (cycle time, lead time, scrap rate, test results, etc.).Assists Design and Project Engineers, external customers, and manufacturing team members to resolve product level issues from production.Responsible for the creation and update of related documentation (test procedures, assembly instructions, specifications, checklists, etc.).Assist key personnel, project lead engineers, and/or Operations management in determination of work scope, tasks, schedules, and budgets.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering.
