CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Role descriptionHe reports to the Site Manager. The Construction manager co-ordinates all Discipline Supervisors in managing Subcontractor’s activities. In particular, he updates and develops detailed Construction schedules, optimizing sequences and limiting any overlapping. He replaces the Site Manager in the latter’s absence.Main ResponsibilitiesYou will:To ensure the implementation of the HSE management system at site with particular reference to their area of operation.To organize and lead, along with the relevant AST and Superintendent/Supervisors, weekly meetings with the discipline Subcontractors;To participate to construction meeting with the Client;To promote Field revisions of the detailed Construction Schedule;To verify congruity of the works with technical specification;To verify material delivery schedule in order to coordinate construction activities and optimize the relevant schedule;With the collaboration of the Site Control Manager, to prepare detailed schedules and define priorities;To check that schedules are kept to and to promote recovery plans in case of delay;To co-ordinate all site activities, and in particular interfaces between Disciplines, with the aim of limiting work overlaps;To assist and co-operate with the Supervisors in the ordinary management of subcontracts, in defining extra-works and in the execution of changes during the works;Together with the Commissioning Manager, to ensure congruence between the completion of Construction and Plant Pre-commissioning;To collaborate with the Contract Engineer in preparing changes and claims;To prepare his own section of routine work progress reports;To perform discipline quality inspection according to the Inspection Plan and procedures in liaison with the QAE. In case of particular projects, CSM can coordinate some Area superintendents.Knowledge & QualificationsYour skills areo Technical diploma/degree;o Good level of English;o Additional foreign language is a plus;o Knowledge of EPC multidisciplinary activities is a must;o Knowledge of the principle Oil & Gas construction sequences;o Availability to be relocated abroad for the entire duration of the assigned project;o 4-5 or more years of experience in a similar position is a plus;o Organization, analytical approach and abstraction and synthesis skills;o Good communication skills

The Regional Fleet Coordinator must be team oriented, proactive, and goal driven. This position will have the sole responsibility of maintaining fleet operations for their designated region(s).Job Responsibilities:Responsible for integrating legacy Fleet Programs into their designated region(s);Management of the vehicle GPS Program;Facilitate the acquisition of new vehicles for field and lab offices;Facilitate the return of fleet vehicles that have exceeded their lease;Facilitate the sale of company-owned vehicles that are no longer needed;Shipping company vehicles between SPL locations;Intercompany transfers of vehicles;Review and approve vehicle maintenance expenses;Facilitate vehicle and trailer registration renewals;Act as the primary contact for vehicle leasing companies;Management of fuel card programs;Management of comprehensive Fleet list and schedule;Other duties as assigned.Requirements:Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Fleet Coordinator;Must possess sharp attention to detail;Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and the Internet;Must be able to safely operate company vehicles.Education:High school diploma or equivalent is required.Relocation:This position is not eligible for relocation.Travel Requirements:This position will require some travel.Work Schedule:This position will work 8 hours Monday-Friday in SPL’s Greeley, CO location. This position is subject to after-hours and weekend availability to meet deadlines.
