Job DescriptionJob Purpose:Ensure smooth functioning of the cashier/treasury function for the middle east operationsKey Responsibilities:Process transactions accurately and efficientlyProvide excellent support to all stakeholdersHandle cash, credit and other payment methodsReconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial dataPerform daily cash reconciliations and prepare reports for managementHandle cash transactions including receiving payments, issuing receipts and maintaining petty cashGenerate regular and ad hoc reports as required by the HQMake timely payments to vendors, suppliers etc. following the correct procedure on the OA systemSkillsQualifications/Requirements:Minimum of 2-3 years of cashiering or related experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHaving good proficiency in accounting softwareAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and accuracy in cash handlingCommunication skills in Arabic (speaking and writing) is a mustFemale candidates only need to apply
