Notre client, un acteur majeur de l'ingénierie pour le secteur de l'énergie, l'oil and gas et l'industrie, recherche dans le cadre d'un accroissement d'activité un Monteur Mécanique sur son site de Lyon.Rattaché au Chef d'Équipe, le Monteur Mécanique a pour responsabilités la réalisation des opérations d'assemblage et/ou de câblage d'appareillages Haute tension selon les règles de sécurité et les impératifs de production (cadence, coût, délai, qualité). Pour cela, il devra :Prendre connaissance des nomenclatures, plans, fiche suiveuse, ordre de fabrication et gammes,Préparer la production et l'outillage,Assurer les opérations d'assemblage et/ou cablâge,Utiliser des outillages de manutention, de positionnement et d'assemblage de pièces,Utiliser des appareils de mesure (pieds à coulisse, micromètres…) et des appareils de serrage (visseuses électriques, pneumatiques ou hydrauliques, clés dynamométriques…),Faire les contrôles qualités attendus et trier les produits non conformes ou en litige,Repérer et signaler les problèmes de qualité et maintenance,Vérifier les EPIs et contrôler les équipements spécifiques à l'activité conformément aux fiches de risques au poste.Vous justifiez d'un CAP/BEP/Bac pro en mécanique ou en maintenance minimum et maîtrisez la lecture de plans techniques d'assemblage et les nomenclatures.D'une grande rigueur, vous appréciez le travail organisé.
