Wedding Decoration Designer

To conceptualize, design, and execute visually stunning and personalized wedding decorations that reflect the couple’s style and vision. The Wedding Decoration Designer is responsible for managing all creative and practical aspects of the event's aesthetic, from floral arrangements to lighting and layout.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their wedding theme, color palette, budget, and preferences.
• Create detailed mood boards, sketches, and 3D visualizations of the decoration concepts.
• Design layouts and choose elements such as floral arrangements, furniture, centerpieces, lighting, backdrops, and signage.
• Source and coordinate with vendors and suppliers for décor materials and props.
• Visit venues to conduct site assessments and ensure design feasibility.
• Supervise on-site decoration setup and ensure timely installation and dismantling.
• Maintain consistency in style and quality, ensuring a cohesive and elegant final look.
• Manage decoration budgets, materials inventory, and cost efficiency.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in wedding and event décor.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed during installation and event execution.

Skills

Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Event Management, Fine Arts, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in wedding or event design and decoration.

have a previous experience in Saudi Arabia

Strong creativity and artistic sense.

Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other visualization tools.

Excellent project and time management skills.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.

Strong communication and client service skills.
