UX Designer

Do you have strong skills in UX and visual design? Does your portfolio showcase exceptional user experiences that you’ve created for real-world brands? A leading tech-focused telecommunications company is looking for a talented UX designer to help transform their digital experiences for customers.

This full-time, remote role is perfect for an energetic, innovative self-starter who knows how to combine design and UX best practices to delight users. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and developers to deliver thoughtful, beautiful digital, social, mobile and web solutions that solve real user pain points, while also hitting key success metrics.

- Show off excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities

- Engage with fellow designers in an open-minded, engaged manner to aligne deliverables with design systems

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, researchers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to deliver creative solutions according to cross-team requirements

- Create high-level storyboards, mock-ups, and prototypes to communicate and pitch design ideas for review and feedback

- Advocate effectively for design solutions based on business and user goals, demographic and usage data, and research findings

- Optimize the performance of new and existing features by actively participating in user research and leveraging performance metrics

You’ll also demonstrate the following qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or similar field (Master’s degree in a related field a plus)

- 3+ years as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar role in an Agile/scrum environment

- Fluency in best practices for usability, information architecture, and design

- Ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and work directly with developers for design implementation

- Skills with a variety of design, prototyping, and presentation tools such as Figma, XD, Sketch, Axure

- Experience building and maintaining design systems a plus

- Strong portfolio demonstrating stellar, user-centered design solutions
