The Role –

Our client is a looking for a passionate and knowledgeable General Manager, the venue is stylish and very cool with smells that hit you as soon as you walk through the door – such a great venue. They are all about quality food and great service. This is a floor-based management role, with a focus on service, face to face guest interactions, team building & service standards. Growth potential as they secure new sites in the long term. A great bar is attached to the restaurant!

Who will you be as General Manager?

• We are looking for a warm and outgoing personality who is well versed in management of a small team that is passionate about great service & food.
• You will be fully accountable for the site and have strong commercial acumen and success in audits, due diligence and be up to speed on all H&S.
• This role would suit someone who is ready for the next step, preferably from an independent background with maybe some high-quality branded experience.
• This role will see you have full circle management of the site and you should be a self-starter.
• You will understand what good looks and tastes like
• Casual, informal service but one that leaves guests wating more.
• Must have hospitality in your DNA and serious about a career in Restaurants.
