This wonderful smaller pub company which has taken the Guildford area by storm in recent years is looking for their line of General Managers – you must be a strong experienced Deputy Manager – they are looking for a Deputy Manager that can grow to a General Manager in time someone very close to being a General Manager, would be perfect for this role.

In return is a great salary of up to 36/38k package, the real opportunity to progress up to General Manager level in the future, this fantastic smaller and growing group are still expanding and once you have proven your ability the world is your oyster.

We need a Deputy Manager who not only have experience in a management role, but people with massive personalities, strong people skills and have that entrepreneurial flair to help take the business forward, ideally you will have been an Assistant Manager / Assistant General Manager for at least 18 months
