DRILLING ENGINEER

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Drilling Engineer to design, plan, and oversee drilling operations in the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of drilling projects while adhering to industry standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and plan drilling programs, including cost estimation and risk assessment.
• Monitor and optimize drilling operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Analyze drilling performance and implement improvements to reduce downtime and costs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including geologists and production engineers.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry best practices

Skills

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in drilling engineering within the oil and gas industry.
• Strong understanding of drilling techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in drilling software and technical reporting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• A degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field is preferred.
