Scrum Master

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in Scrum practices and a strong understanding of agile methodologies. Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory for this position.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings.
• Foster a collaborative culture and empower the team to achieve higher levels of performance.
• Assist the product manager with keeping the backlog groomed.
• Ensure cross-team coordination and communication.
• Maintain roadmap items that help the team see how they are doing.
• Liaise between the developers and designers.
• Foster an environment of successful delivery and continuous improvement.

Skills

• 1-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Ability to solve conflicts and foster a collaborative team culture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
