Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Candidates will typically have 2 years of experience in a management consulting, operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital or private equity role, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.


Preferred qualifications:

Experience working with cross-functional marketing team.

Ability to analyse data, identify trends and present key findings (both quantitative and analytical skills), and then apply to future programs.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and creatively problem solve.

Ability to develop and understand strategy and operations.

Excellent project management and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

Support Marketing teams and help prioritize initiatives and resources to maximize impact.

Adapt and optimize key global operational structures and processes to ensure the team works efficiently.

Set, track, and report the businesses key performance indicators.

Manage and track team’s resources (including ad hoc requests).

Partner with Finance to manage marketing budget across multiple strategies and markets, to ensure agility in resource management.
