The SUPERB Role Overview

In this role as Travel Concierge, you will be responsible for being the primary contact for the guests’ travel, tours, overnight and overland journeys. You would also be responsible for helping the concierge team when required. Your duties will include:

• Facilitating VIP’s requests in regard to travel arrangements, for individuals and groups, handling all flight, ground transportation, accommodation and any other trip-related tasks.
• Participating in the Daily TV Show to promote and inform the guests of upcoming ports.
• Exceeding Guests’ expectations in every aspect of a personalised service.
• Ensuring bespoke and personal preferences are communicated with the team to anticipate the needs of Guests.
• Making recommendations to enhance the product; plus follow up and resolve Guest issues.
• Managing, researching, sourcing, creating, promoting, and taking full responsibility for the administration of overland journeys.
• Preparing and proofreading destination related articles.
• Providing backup support to the Concierge team.
• Assisting with Ship tours, excursions and other activities when required.

You the BRILLIANT Travel Concierge:

• You could come with experience from working as a VIP concierge or PA to an UHNWI / family where you’ve been organising travel and expeditions.
• You will most probably have worked at sea on a 5* cruise liner or yacht before as a Travel Coordinator or Travel Concierge Agent.
• You will speak fluent English and any additional language is a plus.
• You will have experience in travel sales specifically luxury or VIP sales.
• You will have experience of using a travel booking and CRM software. Fidelio is preferred.
• You are enthusiastic, keen, and eager to work 7 days a week and offer service-excellence to the guests.
• Your CV will be up to date and show your current What’s App number, plus websites to the locations you have worked for review.
• A degree in Hospitality Management or related is preferred.
