You are responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge solutions and products that seamlessly integrate creativity and innovation. At the forefront of technological advancement, you will continuously push the boundaries of what is possible to make better homes a reality for everyone, everywhere.ResponsabilidadesDevelop continuous improvement projects to improve the performance indicators of the assigned area. Ensure the development and execution of the Lean-Six sigma strategy with the purpose of seeking continuous improvement in the organization. Coordinate the Lean - Six Sigma initiatives and projects of each of the departments, ensuring the use of appropriate methodologies. Validate Six Sigma project savings for each of the assigned projects.Develop and document the change in procedures in addition to verifying that the equipment, tools, records, plans and people involved in the process have what is necessary to produce.Identify, support and execute continuous improvement projects in the organization, provide consulting for the development of Projects according to Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools, in addition to evaluating cost and improvement benefits.Develop and lead Engineering for improvement projects within the plant's production processes in order to improve quality and productivity indicators, intervene in changes in the documentation of the quality system due to the implemented modifications.Manages, calculates, monitors, validates and reports the operational benefits of annual improvement projects.Implementation of the Lean – Six Sigma Culture within the plant.Training for personnel involved in Improvement Projects.Ensure the training and certification of Yellow Belt & Green Belt collaborators.Apply the Quality Policy, attend to the corrective-preventive actions that are required.Supervise the manufacturing of the process, as well as carry out the necessary strategies to comply with the quality parameters required by the plant.Carry out tests to reduce defects in the parts.Monitor that the specifications are met in the process.Analyze the viability and manufacturing capacity of the product.Collect data and analyze the testing process, process capacity and installed capacity (cp, cpk) using statistical tools that provide information required to make improvements in product processes.RequisitiosEducation: Industrial Engineering, AdministrativeMechanic, Electrical Mechanic or similarExperience: 3 years in continuous improvementor related positionsTraining: Six Sigma Yellow Belt andGreen Belt Certification. Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing tools.(SMED, TPM, Kanban, VSM, 7 Waste,5S, Standardized Work, Poka Yoke).c. Kaizen Events Leader, implementation.d.
