Start your future with BorgWarner now!Major Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare and perform daily postings of general ledger accounting entries and document the appropriate supporting documentation. Responsible for the daily accounting transactions including billing & AR, accounts payable, intercompany transfers, pension plan accounting and other general ledger entries.Preparation of daily and monthly GL account reconciliations. Perform weekly & monthly payroll accounting functions including journal entries preparation and general ledger account reconciliations for labor benefits and other salary accruals.Perform weekly analysis to verify all payroll accounting entries are posted accurately and timely.Reconcile and update payroll data from SAP GL records to Tress Revolution payroll system.Oversee payroll payment transactions including weekly payroll settlements through bank portals.Prepare pension plan worksheets & reconciliation of the retirement contribution balances to general ledger based on actuarial valuations. Assist and perform the monthly, quarter & annual accounting closing activities.Assist with the Company’s internal audit reviews and other statutory external audit requirements.Performs other related accounting and financial analysis as assigned by the local finance leaders.Knowledge, And Skills5+ years of full-time experience in accounting and collaboration with external audits.Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.Strong critical and math skills for solving difficult calculations.Prior experience with SAP, HFM, OneStream reporting Systems.Proficient in MS Excel.Provide accurate and timely accounting solutions as they arise.Internal Use Only SalaryGlobal Terms of Use and Privacy StatementCarefully read the BorgWarner Privacy Policy before using this website.
