You will collect data, be responsible for maintaining information integrity, monitor reconciliations and conduct basic checks and controls.How You Will ContributeYou will:Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services or Corporate Finance team. You will also execute data collection and data integrity checksContribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policiesExecute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Senior Finance Manager (or Director)Support projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvementContribute to a high-performing Finance team. Team player with can do mentality to deliver resultsGROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectivenessINTEGRITY and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values and policies and external regulationsHow You Will ContributeYou will:Be the Analyst in a Procurement Finance team responsible to support financial analysis, ad-hoc requests and providing financial inputs to support Procurement Manager in her/his daily activities, tracking cost performance and journal entries of the region (USA & Canada), category (Biscuits, Candy and Clif Business) and support integrity of new businesses. You will support the Manager in data collection to prepare business proposals, verify assumptions, check daily execution and support delivery of overall objectives and ensure the integrity and timeliness of reporting. Finance analyst will be also responsible for reporting cost controls and GL Reconciliations in a weekly and monthly basis with the focus on Raw and Pack with exposure to Procurement Buyers and Finance Controllers and support forecasting process with finance inputs, and data collection as per business needs (for both global and regional teams.Finance knowledge, analytical skills, detail oriented as well as good communication skills and assertiveness are key to be successful in this role. This position provides the candidate with opportunities to lead and execute assigned project tasks, while working in a team environment and interacting with multiple functions across the organization.Applicants do not need to have extensive finance experience as this is an entry level position; however, track record in different accounting and/or finance areas is a plus.What You Will BringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career.
