+4 years of experience in PCB manufacturing and processes|Advanced EnglishAbout Our ClientInternational customer and leader in manufacturing technological solutions for various sectors.Job DescriptionPCBA Expertise:Collaborate with NPI and Process Engineers to validate component layout according to PCBA design rules and standards.Analyze methodologies and design experiences to enhance process capability.Work on PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and TFMEA (Tool Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).PCB Knowledge:Understand PCB manufacturing standards, particularly IPC.Manage PCB specifications, including layering, stack-ups, multi-layer configurations, and high-density requirements.Familiarity with PCB surface treatment techniques such as OCP, ENIG, and HAL.Collaborate with Design Engineers for layout creation, schematic validation, and CAD file generation for manufacturing.NPI Collaboration:Collaborate on DFM (Design for Manufacturability) by transferring ECAD files to NPI Engineers and adhering to manufacturing rules.Collaboratively define stencils with process engineers.Adapt PCBA process parameters, such as thermal profiles and solder joint analysis.Evaluate PCBA costs, including CAPEX and OPEX.Leadership and Collaboration:Demonstrate effective team management skills and a collaborative spirit.Collaborate within international ECAD networks for seamless execution.Engage in debates and discussions to drive collaborative decision-making.Design to Cost Initiatives:Communicate with R&D, Manufacturing, and PCB suppliers for cost-effective project execution.Transfer knowledge internally or to EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) partners.Bring new ideas and challenge the status quo for process improvement.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.Solid knowledge of PCBA design rules, PCB manufacturing standards (IPC), and DFM.Experience with PCB surface treatment techniques (OCP, ENIG, HAL).Familiarity with PCBA process parameters and solder joint analysis.Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.Ability to manage teams and lead projects.Experience with CAPEX and OPEX evaluations.International mobility for short-term assignments.Proficiency in English.What's on OfferExcellents bonus and benefits.
