This team will be at the forefront of exploring and prototyping innovative AI solutions, as well as exploring the backlog of potential new enhancements and features of our existing products as a first step before Product Development engagement.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a creative and agile UX Designer to join our Product Design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for existing and new AI products. This role is crucial in rapidly producing both low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes based on A/B testing, ensuring that our products are not only technologically advanced but also user-centric.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and rapidly iterate on low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes for new AI productsConstantly iterate with client users, product managers, engineers, business development executives, and market research analysts to integrate user and market insights into design decisionsConduct user research and usability testing to validate design conceptsDevelop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to conceptualize design ideasEnsure a consistent and intuitive user experience across all product interfacesStay updated with the latest trends and tools in UX design and prototypingWork closely with development teams to ensure designs are feasibly implementedPresent design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and gather feedback for iterationsQualifications - Candidates must haveMinimum of 5 years of experience in UX design, preferably in the tech or AI sectorProfessional-level command of English as a second languageA valid passport, and a US visa (some travel may be required, including international)Additional qualifications includeBachelor's or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related fieldStrong portfolio showcasing UX design skills and experience in rapid prototypingProficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similarExcellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologiesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environmentExperience with designing AI-based productsKnowledge of HTML/CSS and basic front-end developmentStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailWhat We OfferA pivotal role in shaping the user experience of groundbreaking AI productsA dynamic, innovative, and supportive work environmentCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional growth and skill development
