Job Description

The UX Team from Encora is growing and we're looking for a hands-on UX Designer that helps us improve user experience in digital products. Join our experienced design team, we love design based on research and we work in a self-management and flexible remote environment.You will:Work closely with UX designers, developers and stakeholders in an agile environment. Design low and high-fidelity mockups following iOS, Android and Desktop guidelines. Build Design systems from scratch including smart components and shared libraries. Create user-flows with different user scenarios following best practices to inform product and development team Demonstrate proficiency communicating throughout the design process, argument decisions based on metrics with your team and stakeholders. Co-create UX strategies based on User Research findings and lead collaborative sessions with multidisciplinary teams. Run evaluative UX methods to digital products as Usability Testing, UX Audits or Accesibility. Estimate UX projects, define workplan and execute strategies to improve user experience in digital products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in initiatives about training, sharing knowledge, mentoring and new best practices in UX. Guide Jr designers on technical and soft skills You are:A UX Designer with at least 4+ years of experience designing digital products ( web, mobile, and desktop apps). Fluent in English, written and spoken. An advanced user of Figma. Has at least one design system and a mobile prototype that can be presented Self-manage and proactive team player.
