Job Description

We are seeking a bi-lingual SEO Manager (Spanish / English) to join our SEO team at a Digital Agency. This role will report into the Head of SEO (Based in the US) and will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, clients and 3rd party vendors to grow organic search traffic for the brands we promote.Responsibilities:Build organizational awareness of SEO to optimize content delivery process, editorial guidelines, and internal controls to ensure agency work gets doneMap search journeys of consumers based on audience profiles active in categories of our clients, being able to spot emerging trends and declining interest in search queriesPlan content strategy with hubs and spoke pages addressing keyword clusters that clients want to rank inManage 3rd party vendor relationships for SEO tracking tools, content production and amplifying contentWork closely with content production and digital PR teams to provide on-page and off-page optimization recommendations for targeting keyword clusters in English and SpanishDevelop key performance indicators for SEO campaigns, working closely with analytics to ensure business outcomes are being measuredStay up-to-date on new industry trends and Google’s web standards, providing guidance to clients when algorithmic changes are impacting their websitesRequirements:At least 3 years experience working for digital marketing agency or in-house enterprise organizationPassion for SEO, digital PR and content strategyFamiliar with common SEO tracking tools (Conductor, SEMRush, Aherfs, etc.) Bi-lingual (fluent in Spanish & English)Ability to work independently and balance priorities based on client need, adapting to a face-paced environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skillsHighly organized with attention to detailTechnical SEO knowledge a plus
