This junior role is ideal for someone who is eager to support the business operations that are critical behind our growing firm.Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing and troubleshooting our hardware and software applications Support team members across the organization in installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software Participate in monitoring system performance and ensuring the reliability and security of our IT infrastructure Collaborate with the team to optimize all business SaaS applications Provide technical support and guidance to our staff Assist in documenting IT processes and maintaining recordsQualifications - Candidates must have:2 to 3 years of professional experience as a Junior System Administrator, Junior IT Support Specialist, or IT Support TechnicianProfessional-level command of English as a second languageAdditional qualifications include:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)Basic understanding of networks (LAN, WAN), operating systems, and database systemsEagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailGood communication and teamwork skillsA valid passport and US visa is not mandatory, but good to have
