We specialize in documentary video, deeply reported articles, custom events and interactive visualizations.About The RoleIn this opportunity as a Senior Manager, Commercial Content, you will:Lead the ideation and development of original and impactful commercial content strategies for North America-based clients and determine production methods, platforms and distribution outlets. Drive revenue growth by collaborating with Sales to package these commercial concepts, present them to the client and sell them throughOversee the production of all custom commercial content in the region and ensure all campaigns comply with Reuters.com guidelinesLiaise with clients, internal and external stakeholders in the execution of campaignsBe part of a global team of Reuters Plus content strategistsDevelop a broad understanding of Reuters assets and channelsStay abreast of developments across social, branded content, digital, mobile landscapesAbout YouYou're a fit for the role if your background includes:Bachelor's degree.Fluent English is a must.Have experience in commercial content development, working with advertising clients and leading ideation and development of a content strategy based on business objectivesHave a strong editorial track record working as part of a multimedia team, as a journalist, producer or content strategistBe a thorough researcher with a keen eye for a story and be abreast of trends across all sectors – particularly tech, sustainability, finance and business.
