Our culture thrives off of a flat structure and an inclusive environment where all of our employees can be their authentic selves, with boundless opportunities for professional growth.The RoleComprehensive Review and Editing: Conduct a thorough examination of CRM communications, ensuring they align with StoriCard's brand voice and tone. This includes meticulous proofreading to eliminate spelling and grammatical errors.Content Refinement Across Digital Platforms: Examine and refine written content across various channels, including emails, push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app messages, maintaining consistency and quality.Creative Contribution: Actively participate in the brainstorming and development of innovative ideas for digital content, enhancing customer engagement and brand presence.Collaborative Effort: Work closely with the CRM team and other departments to ensure written communication is effective in reaching and engaging customers.Language Proficiency: Utilize exceptional skills in writing, grammar, and syntax to produce clear and compelling content.What We Are Looking For:Educational and Professional Background: A degree in Journalism, Linguistics, Communications, or related field, or at least one year of experience as a style editor (freelance or full-time).Expertise in Language: Demonstrated excellence in spelling, grammar, syntax, and overall writing prowess.Digital Marketing Familiarity: Understanding of semantics, rhetoric, stylistics, and digital marketing terminology.Technical Knowledge: Awareness of digital communication and advertising formats.Language Skills: Intermediate proficiency in written and spoken English.Soft Skills:Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all forms of communication.Agility and Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment, quickly adapting to new challenges and demands.Creative and Analytical Thinking: Capability to approach problems creatively and analytically, generating innovative ideas and effective solutions.Organizational Excellence: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.Communication Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.Proactive Solution Orientation: Initiative in identifying potential issues and taking preemptive actions to resolve them, continuously seeking process improvements.Team Collaboration: Willingness to work cooperatively with team members, sharing knowledge and contributing to collective success.Learning Flexibility: Openness to acquiring new skills and embracing new technologies to enhance work efficiency and effectiveness.Customer and Quality Focus: Commitment to maintaining high-quality communications that positively reflect the brand and meet customer needs.Desirable:Experience in CRM projects, particularly for digital platforms.What we offerMake a positive impact on the lives of our customers via financial inclusionProfessional development opportunities International exposure & work experienceCompany swagLegally required benefits
