Technical Writing Process, Content Strategy. Experience writing and publishing public-facing content, such as blog posts or help center articles. Experience with Information Architecture and Knowledge Management. Ability to adapt to shifting priorities. Team oriented, with the ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams. Understanding of technical concepts involved in cloud computing. Experience researching, planning, writing, and editing technical content. Ability to thrive in an environment where self-learning and self-service is encouraged and instilled.
