They need to be creative, persuasive, have strong analytical skills and a passion for customer centric insights.Reporting to the Director of Customer and Portfolio Marketing, PS, you’ll work with a team of marketing professionals based around the world to bring your strategies to bear on the business.ResponsibilitiesHelp craft an inspiring and dynamic portfolio marketing strategy, positioning and messaging architecture that is unique and sets HP apart from the competition. Champion a data driven/customer insight led approach to optimizing the portfolio, sub brands and products. Demolish barriers and silos to create one view of the ‘truth’ of a customer centric portfolio design and execution. Develop and evangelize simple/clear assets that outline the positioning, narrative, and messaging to drive common, globally understood positioning and value propositions across teams and markets. Partner with Marketing and the Business Units to build a global marketing vision and strategy for the HP PS portfolio to build a distinct, differentiated, and relevant positioning for the sub brands and products with key target audiences. Uncover trends, whitespaces that will help unlock untapped opportunities for the brand. Strategically prove concepts that will expand brand to new offerings for possible inclusion in the portfolio. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Alliances to transform partnership for mutual benefit. Work closely with the CO to drive efficient strategies, manage budgets, support revenue generation and sales growth with a market centric approach. Cultivate excitement internally for our team’s efforts. Knowledge And SkillsMinimum of 8 years in B2C and B2B marketing roles, ideally with some background in Customer Experience and/or Customer Insights. Someone with experience in or extreme curiosity about Artificial Intelligence and uncovering what it can and will do for people. Imagination coupled with relentless results-orientation. Expertise in brand positioning, portfolio design and delivery, campaign creation and execution. Experience in working closely with GTM teams to design and deliver with relevant impact. Storyteller, narrator, crafter of connections. Experience in gathering, analyzing, and galvanizing data and uncovering the revelatory insights. Agile, flexible, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity A collaborative leader who is experienced and comfortable working in a matrix structure.
