The Marketing Manager plays a critical role managing selected brands to create a valued customer experience and brand reputation.Major Responsabilities:Understand customer insights and develop a compelling value proposition for the brands;Lead a cross functional team in the development and implementation of marketing tactics that create a brand experience valued by customers within the compliance guidelines;Communicate effectively with the sales organization to understand needs and optimize implementation of marketing tactics;Build positive relationships with relevant external stakeholders, key influencers, and opinion leaders within the industry;Deliver sales forecast to Supply Chain and ensure forecast accuracy of 80%;Lead Trilogy Meeting to keep the integration alignment between sales, technical and mkt;Opex planning and monitoring;Build robust brand plans to launch new products and ensure proper execution.
