Fulfil Value Stream KPI’s: IDC, FOR, Technical Down time.New product introduction, equipment and process definition, acquisition, validation and installation on production environment. Develop process and instructions for processes, write material to train technicians, and processes for maintenance: Preventive, predictive and corrective.Primary duties and responsibilities:Process Engineer responsible for Housing & Sensor manufacturing processes: AOI, Vision Systems, ECU/sensors-Testing and Programming, Automation/ Robotics, Traceability Systems, Reflow Ovens, Scanners, Laser Marking systems, Packing and Printer systems.Initiate process improvements related to manufacturing KPIs: FoR/FPY, IDC, Customer Quality & Cycle Time using systematic problem solving methods as PSS, Shainin or Six SigmaDefine and introduce new processes/ equipment according to process specificationsManage Process and Engineering ChangesResponsible to define, implement, maintain and improve the mechanical assembly process required for product manufacturing, including but not limited to PLC & Controls, robotics, mechanical design and assembly analysis, and keep the process under control according to process parameters .Responsible for fixtures, tools, and molds: Design, fabrication, acceptance validation, release and implementation on production process.Responsible for Define process parameters according to DMD, VVT, DI, etc.Responsible to validate NPI establishing process parameters, mechanical dimensions and production release.Responsible to train technicians on process, machine configuration and process parameters.PBT and Silicon Molding ProcessQualificationsProfesional DegreeMinimum 3 years of experience in automotive manufacturing processesEnglish advancedBachelor of Engineering in Electronics/ Mechatronics disciplines, Masters preferred.Advanced skills in Testing/Programming (CCS, Functional Tests) & Automation/ Robotics (PLC, Staeubli)Certified in Problem Solving Method (Shainin, PSS), preferably.Advanced Knowledge/ Experience of Lean and CIP Methods (e.g. PDCA, Six Sigma)High level of initiative & entrepreneurial mindsetGDT certificationExperience (3-5 years) as mechanical process or maintenancePLC programming is a plus: Allen Bradley, Siemens, micrologix, rexroth.
