WERNER LADDER DE MEXICOSYSTEMS ADMINISTRATIONResponsibilities-Provide incident support for software used by the company sush as MS Office 365, Prisma and E1.-Assint auditors in internal and external audits.-Relocation of PCs, printers, phones and any other IT related devices.-Collaborate with other departaments to resolve incidents or projects.-Adheres to company purchasing processes ensuring that all IT equipment is properly tracked throughout the hardware lifecycle.-Captures site specific network, server and end device documentation.-Ensures that he/she is available and responds to support request during on call rotation.Maintain, support and troublleshoot:-Inventory of telephone ans cellular lines and dedicated lines.-Inventory of equipment, including software, hardware, and services.-Paid telecommunications services.Qualifications-High Sence of Urgency and Custome Service Oriented.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Manage time well. Correctly prioritize tasks.-Excellent problem solving capability.-Positive, custome - friendly attitude with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.-Windows 10.-Office 365.-Avaya / Grandstream, PBX Network and PC troubleshooting, PowerApps.-English 90%
