Our products, present in a wide variety of fields, that contribute to improve the quality of life of millions of people.Job DescriptionPrimary duties and responsibilitiesResponsible to define, implement, maintain and improve soldering, cure oven or dispensing manufacturing process, ensure technical availability of equipment in all shifts and keep the process under control according to process parameters standards form DMD’s, VVT’s. VA, DI, etc.Responsible for fixtures, tools, acceptance validation, release and implementation on production process.Support to validate NPI establishing process parameters, mechanical dimensions and production release.Initiate process improvements related to manufacturing KPIs: FoR/FPY, IDC, Customer Quality & Cycle Time using systematic problem-solving methods as PSS, Shainin or Six Sigma.Analyze and develop procedures, instructions and training material for TPM (Preventive, predictive and corrective)Define reaction plans, troubleshooting guides, and problem-solving techniques for the technical associates (technicians)QualificationsMinimum 3-5 years’ experience of working on selective soldering process and automotive manufacturing processes.Knowledge on Solder Machines: Soltec-Victronics, ERSA and InertecKnowledge on Multi-wave processIPC standard and X-ray high knowledgeDesign CAD: Solid works, or other mechanical design SWKnowledge in pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systemsExperience/ Knowledge of Lean and CIP Methods (e.g. PDCA, Six Sigma)Certified in Problem Solving Method (Shainin, PSS), preferably.Additional InformationBosch is constantly expanding its international presence, since for us cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
