Description:The Quality Engineer is responsible for the preparation of the Quality Dossier of the Capex, Opex and Drill Mobilization interventions, preparation and monitoring of enabling documents for the signing of the receipt of the service by the client, release of back-end equipment. and tools used in Capex and Opex interventions, review, treatment and closure of Non-Compliant Products and Services, following international and local standards, QHSE and oil industry procedures, participation in internal and external audits.Responsibilities: Comply with operations integrity standards (Well Integrity, PSIM, SQ, etc.). Ensure technical and operational integrity of plans and activities Monitor and verify the action plans of the reported events and timely close assigned actions including evidence of closure. Actively participate in quality event investigations. Explore new technologies/techniques applicable to improving the quality of the activities in charge. Monitor impact of quality deviations in your discipline and/or asset. Participate in the performance evaluation of contractors or third parties. Implement relevant lessons learned for future activities. Take corrective actions when quality deviations warrant it. Take necessary measures to reduce quality events. Ensure compliance with standards in members of your team. Verify that the work carried out in the field is carried out under government regulations, procedures, PAM EP specifications, international standards and/or codes, plans and specifications of each project. Prepare, review and guarantee that the Quality Dossier for Pulling and Workover intervention is prepared in accordance with regulations. Carry out periodic reviews of construction processes to verify the correct use of approved construction documents. Follow up on Non-Compliant Products until they are closed. Review and sign the documentation required for the delivery of projects by the Company. Prepare information tables to generate statistical analyzes that allow for continuous improvement. Inspection of materials and equipment that arrive at the location to be used in Capex and Opex interventions. Participates in Quality, Safety and Operations audits carried out at the base or field. Petroleum Engineer, Mechanical, related. Experience of at least 4 years as Quality Operations Engineer. Intermediate - Advanced English. Residence in Ecuador.
