Job Description

This is a remote position.The Facebook Ads Specialist is responsible for creating and managing profitable Facebook advertising campaigns for clients. This includes tasks such as setting campaign goals, creating ad creative, targeting ads, and optimizing campaigns. The Facebook Ads Specialist will also work closely with other marketing team members to ensure that Facebook advertising campaigns are aligned with the overall marketing strategy.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage Facebook advertising campaigns for clients Set campaign goals Generate ad creatives Set and optimize target audience based on campaign performance Optimize campaigns and engineer solutions to stay on track with meeting campaign goals Work with other marketing team members to ensure that Facebook advertising campaigns are aligned with the overall marketing strategy Stay up-to-date on the latest Facebook advertising trends and best practices Communicate with clients about Facebook advertising campaigns: This includes monthly reports that include insights and a plan of action (or explanations) for campaigns that perform below industry benchmarks. The reports must be reviewed with the head of the Ads Department before going out to clients. Respond to all communications in a timely manner, preferably within one business day, whenever possible. Attend all formal meetings on time, in person or virtually. Meet deadlines by working efficiently without compromising the quality of your work, or the work you provide to others Align all decisions, communications, and interactions with others with the company's core values Comply with all government safety requirements and other regulations, including holding periodic safety meetings.
