This role works directly for the Founder of Leadership Development and collaborates closely with his team. It is a full-time role focused on Monday-Friday business hours.ResponsibilitiesHave a creative eye to assist in content and website creation. This person will help to ensure a quality and intuitive user experience for clients Implement and manage content for our newsletter, training, website, workshops and processes. Respond to client needs and maintain a positive customer-service focused culture. Measure and monitor data on marketing efforts, recruitment pipeline, client engagement, client retention, and budget. Manage the creation and implementation of ongoing deliverables such as curriculum improvements, recruitment assets, marketing/social media, and other projects as needed. Provide weekly/monthly reports and solutions-based recommendations to reach goals. Requirements3+ years project management experience Strong technical aptitude Proven success learning new technology and building a new business or program Strong written and verbal English communication skills Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities with 2+ years experience Marketing and social media experience preferred Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work with a virtual team Benefits$1,300 - $1,900 USD/month Remote from anywhere in Latam
