Our ambition is to become the digital marketing provider of all roofers, chiropractors, painters, dentists, and dozens more industries in North America.We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to work closely with the team to ensure our software solutions meet quality standards and meet our customer’s expectations. The ideal candidate has knowledge and experience around software testing and quality assurance principles. In this role, you will be responsible for the manual testing initiatives and be an advocate for quality. You will work closely with Product, Development, and Design teams to build awesome new features.This position will provide a great opportunity to help take ownership of our QA team. If you're looking to become a core member of the QA team and be empowered to drive new ideas and processes, you’ll find it here!What You'll Be Doing:Work with project stakeholders in all phases of the software development cycle to promote and ensure quality Efficiently manage your time by allocating 50% to manual testing for comprehensive evaluation and reporting of test cases. Utilize the remaining 50% for the development and maintenance of automation test suites, aiming to enhance the efficiency and scalability of our testing processesIdentify, prioritize, and document bugs and issuesEnsure new features meet requirements and end-user expectations Collaborate with the team to improve and evolve our QA processes and toolsCreate and maintain test plans and documentsAssist in development and maintenance of automation test suitesWhat You Bring:Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skillsCommunication skills, high attention to detail, and drive to learn and improvePassion for software quality and building amazing products Min of 3-5 years of experience in a QA related roleNice to Haves:Understanding and hands on experience with QA processes and methodologiesExperience with mobile, web, and api testingExperience using Postman Foundational knowledge of CSS, HTML, Javascript, and GitWhy You’ll Love Working Here:The opportunity to have a major impact at a growing company that is helping small and medium sized businesses grow their digital presenceRemote first: We have committed to a remote-first work environment with access to a coworking space in Toronto.
