It's a collaborative place made up of small, closely knit and versatile teams that are fast and adaptive to solve problems and build systems.About the Role: The IT Specialist at WITHIN will report directly to the Director of IT and play a crucial role in managing day-to-day IT operations, focusing on promptly responding to and resolving ticket requests. This position demands strong technical expertise, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to addressing IT issues across the organization.Responsibilities include but are not limited to;Ticket Resolution: Respond to and resolve daily IT support tickets efficiently and effectively, ensuring minimal downtime and disruptions for employees.Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and guidance to employees regarding hardware, software, network, and other IT-related issues.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, either remotely or on-site, ensuring timely resolution and documenting solutions for future reference.Systems Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance, updates, and configurations on IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.User Training: Assist in training employees on new technologies, tools, or systems to enhance their proficiency and productivity.Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the IT team to address complex issues and communicate effectively with end-users, ensuring a positive and seamless IT experience.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT inventory, processes, and solutions for reference and future analysis.Requirements2-4 years of experience in IT support or a related field, demonstrating proficiency in resolving technical issues and providing exceptional customer service.Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting methodologies.
