Overview And Main FunctionsWe are looking for a Performance Management Specialist to join our team.Based in Bogotá -Colombia, Support production programming and control activities, guaranteeing the proper flow of plant materials, monitoring of the production program, timely response to the internal client and management of information on the production process.Main Responsibilities Support sequencing activities within the schedule, printing production orders and ensuring that the process flow is continuous. Track the timely delivery of finished products based on the needs of the commercial area. Track cost variations of production orders. Generate and monitor the Kpi's of the manufacturing area Guarantee the veracity of the information handled at JD Edwards, ensuring that it is up to date. Maintain and control the documentation of the production process within the Comprehensive Management System. Lead and validate monthly inventories and weekly cyclical inventories of products and SCRAP. Reclassify and transfer the SCRAP in the system, validating that the information is correct. Monitor the development of the activities of the data entry operators, ensuring the loading of information into production orders and the closing of their costs. Monitor the proper use of products in the plant, guaranteeing product rotation and correct use of materialsWho are we looking for?Industrial, production, electrical or electronic engineer with one year of experience in information management, management indicators, knowledge in production sequencing, inventory management, knowledge of Dashboard programming, solid knowledge of industrial safety is desirable.Knowledge InKnowledge in inventory control and rotation, assertive and timely communication, inventory records in ERP and typing processes, inventory taking, 5S, Advanced Excel, numerical analysis and plant sequencing.______________________Visión general y principales funcionesEstamos buscando un Performance Management Specialist para unirse a nuestro equipo.Con sede en Bogotá -Colombia, Apoyar actividades de programación y control de producción garantizando el debido flujo de materiales de planta, seguimiento al programa de producción, oportuna respuesta al cliente interno y manejo de información del proceso productivo.Principales ResponsabilidadesSoportar las actividades de secuenciación dentro de la programación, imprimiendo las órdenes de producción y vigilando que el flujo del proceso sea continuo.Realizar seguimiento a la entrega oportuna de producto terminado basado en las necesidades del área comercial.Realizar seguimiento a las variaciones de costo de las ordenes de producción.Generar y realizar seguimiento a los Kpi´s del área de manufacturaGarantizar la veracidad de la información que se maneja en JD Edwards, asegurando que esté actualizada.Mantener y controlar la documentación del proceso de producción dentro del Sistema de Gestión Integral.Liderar y validar los inventarios mensuales e inventarios cíclicos semanales de los productos y del SCRAP.Reclasificar y trasladar el SCRAP en el sistema, validando que la información sea correcta.Monitorear el desarrollo de las actividades de los digitadores, asegurando el cargue de la información en las órdenes de producción y el cierre de costo de estas.Vigilar el uso adecuado de los productos en planta, garantizando la rotación de los productos y el uso correcto de los materiales¿A quién buscamos?Ingeniero industrial, de producción, eléctricos o electrónicos con un año de experiencia en manejo de información, indicadores de gestión, conocimiento en secuenciación de producción, manejo de inventarios deseable que tenga conocimiento en programación de Dashboard, sólidos conocimientos en seguridad industrialConocimientos EnExcel Avanzado, conocimiento en control y rotación de inventarios, comunicación asertiva y oportuna, registros de inventario en ERP y procesos de digitación, toma de inventarios, 5S, análisis numérico y secuenciación de planta.Prysmian Group, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
