Every day, we strive to surpass the expectations of our consumers delivering high quality products, top notch innovations and ensuring our brand can be found at all retailers across the country and the world.We believe that your passion and dedication can be an additional driving force behind our continued successResponsabilities LEAD HEALTH BUSINESS IN COLOMBIA & ECUADOR 80% COMMERCIAL STRATEGY on where to play and how to win: Develop category Go-to-Market strategies by Channel with the sales channel heads, including listing priorities, generic planograms, distribution and promotional target setting as well as Brand trade spend analysis and recommendations. Lead Innovation and Brand support plans, with Sales and S&CM, with ownership over Game Plan, Promo Calendar, POS plan and Pricing policy (vs profitability targets), including launch selling stories Lead, in collaboration with Sales, HC annual Category Reviews, JBPs and key Customer meetings. Serve as voice of customers with internal stakeholder, championing requirements internally. Monitor and track POS EXECUTION PERFORMANCE (display execution, in market tactics, visibility materials, Must Stock list shelf presence, among others); Follow up on new distribution opportunities (customers, store clusters, segments, skus 20% BRAND MANAGEMENT: Plan, implement and monitor activities to achieve annual Net Sales targets for the business within given budget, with ROI mindset, for categories of Wound Care, Pain, Foot and Condoms). Owner of the Brand’s P&L will constantly monitor main business KPIS as NS, GM, Distribution, sell-out and Trade stock levels in accordance to target to ensure a healthy business steering and an efficient S&OP process (supply and demand planning). Oversees the development of Core items & new item launch decisions & strategies, distribution targets, rate of sale expectations Develop & execute brand and portfolio strategies for Health Care in collaboration with Sales, S&CM and Regional and Global partners, including ownership of the Launch and Relaunch process.
