And of course, in your ideas to improve lives while preserving our planet’s beauty for the generations to come.We are looking for: As a Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for industrial asset reliability and availability risks to plant or business operations and improve the safety culture on the site. You will promote TPM/TEC culture and implementation, ensuring that all stakeholders are involved: operation, process and maintenance personnel. You will also perform risk-based analyses to support business decisions and ensure that the Management of Change Process is followed with a suitable technical analysis.We count on you for:Ensure the HSE culture in all maintenance activitiesManage Reactive Defect Analysis and Elimination Recommendation Development, addressing deviations and defects that have already occurred and have resulted in asset unavailability and Proactive Defect Analysis addressing deviations and defects that may occur and might result in asset unavailabilityFacilitate the use of structured tools and methodologies applied to failure reduction, reliability increase and variability reduction (MCC, FMEA, RCM, Six Sigma, etc.)Develop analysis of costs, MTBF, MTTR, failure rate and issue KPIsPerform asset criticality analysisImplement Plans and Maintenance Strategies according to asset criticality, achieving the most cost-effective preventive and predictive tasksDefine spare parts according to asset criticalityProvide technical support for the Condition Monitoring functionCoordinate, specify and design improvements in systems and assets, following good practices, technical requirements and regulations.
