(Senior) UX / UI Designer (m/f/d)

We aim to offer our customers the easiest & most digital approach to ordering sustainable packaging, relying on an eCommerce strategy with the most modern stack (Headless CMS + Shop, CRM, Automation, 3D-Visualizing).

As (Senior) UX/ UI Designer* you will work in our cross-functional team to continuously optimize the user experience of our platform.

Your Challenges

Bring your expertise to work on user-centric solutions for the international relaunch of our digital B2B platform. Use your creative flair for UX and UI designs taking into account new web trends, best practices and UX/design principles. Our state-of-the-art web technologies and the expertise of our developers set no limits for you.Specify your conversion-oriented and story-based UX concepts from scribbles to wireframes to prototypes. Combine personas, information architectures, interaction principles, customer journeys, storytelling and interaction design for maximum usability and unparalleled customer experience Work closely with the PO and developers in a cross-functional team. Assist in identifying customer problems and needs to develop hypotheses and opportunities.

Your Skills

At least five years of experience in UX/ UI visual design for e-commerce projects, preferably with agency experience

A degree in human-computer interaction, communication design, interface design or a comparable qualification with a focus on digital

Proven track record in developing digital products and brands as a UX / UI designer, ideally in the B2B space

Confident with Figma and a strong understanding of UX, as well as a basic technical understanding of current front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)

Experience with Atomic design and the creation and maintenance of a design system (design principles, design pattern library, style guide, ...) as a single sourceof truth

Business fluent in German and English

Intrinsic passion for empirical product development and motivation for co-designing
