You will lead and manage cross-divisional projects to develop and implement supply chain solutions for our global customers.Your place of work will be Holzwickede or Hilden. Mobile working is possible. What you can expect You will manage end-to-end solution design projects and work with cross-functional global teams to analyze customer requirements, develop comprehensive solutions, and ensure timely delivery. You will work with internal stakeholders including sales, marketing, product development, and business office level solution design teams to gather input, review technical feasibility, and align solution design with business strategy. You will provide in-depth knowledge of our company’s products and services, industry trends, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in our solution development. You also keep up to date with customer trends and industry best practices to incorporate them into projekt deliverables. You will monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful project outcomes. Last but not least, you use analytical tools and techniques to evaluate the impact of proposed supply chain solutions and identify opportunities for improvement. What you bring Proven understanding of global supply chains and experienced in managing complex solution design projects. Deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Ability to align solution designs with customer requirements, provide ongoing support, and prioritize customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Ability to analyze complex business challenges, identify innovative solutions, and make data-driven decisions. Strong problem-solving skills to anticipate and mitigate project risks, address issues, and ensure successful project outcomes. Talented to present complex information in a clear and compelling manner to stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, and senior management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including sales, marketing, product development, and management teams. Proven ability to foster teamwork, build relationships and facilitate productive discussions and very good German and English language skills.
