Sous Chef – Full-Service Restaurant

Location: Chelsea, London, UK

We are working with a concept where food, music, and art come together. This restaurant is a farm-forward gathering place where people can support the local community and connect over live music and inspiring conversations. This passionate team is growing, and they are looking for a Sous Chef to carry out the daily activities of the kitchen. They believe people are their greatest asset and they value positive, creative, and kind people like you!

The Sous Chef role:

  • Assist with developing and implementing the menus
  • Assist with inventory and ordering
  • Assist with scheduling
  • Ensure all food is prepared and served according to the recipes
  • Hire, motivate, and mentor a team
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for employees and guests
  • Meet or exceed all financial targets

The Sous Chef candidate:

  • Previous fine-dining experience
  • Previous culinary management experience
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands
  • Organized and flexible
  • Excellent leadership and time management skills
  • Good career stability and a passion for food and customer service
  • Decisive, motivated, and a fantastic role model
