Floor Manager – High Volume Restaurant and Bar

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Salary package: $60,000+ bonus + benefits

Duties will include:

• Being a hands-on floor manager
• Experience with local marketing and bringing fresh ideas to the table
• Has the ability also able to look at strategy, with a view to go in to a dual-site role.
• Providing high quality service at all times
• Inside out Knowledge of the menu to advise to customers
• Dealing with P&Ls and other financial duties
