Maintenance Technician

This position will see you based in the Liverpool area on a major residential development that will run for a number of years. 

To be considered for this role you will be:

• Qualified maintenance technician
• Experience of working inside luxury homes or high and medium rise complexes
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to engage and manage / coordinate multiple different operations at the same time
• Maintain a safe workplace and conduct interviews with non-routine maintenance service providers
• Manage on-site inspections

The working hours are generally from Monday to Friday. Excellent salary.
