Room maid / Floor waitress - Hotel 5*

Prestigious 5 * Luxury Hotel selects 2 waiters/waitress on the floor for the integration of its staff. The resource will report directly to the Floor Supervisor.

Previous experience in a luxury hotel is preferable, but not mandatory

He must be friendly, provide excellent customer service, and consistently display an attitude that fosters a teamwork environment.

Primary responsibilities

He takes care of the rearrangement of the rooms, the change of sheets and towels, the cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms; takes care of cleaning the windows and mirrors.

It deals with the supply of consumer products, such as soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper handkerchiefs and any other product.

It takes care of the restocking of the minibar and reports the consumptions subject to restocking to the Floor Supervisor.

Perform daily or scheduled cleanings in accordance with established policies and procedures. Floors may need to be cleaned and scrubbed and equipment cleaned and sanitized.

Consistently maintain a positive attitude by supporting a team environment.

Promote positive public relations with residents and guests.

Consistently maintain a good attendance record.

Communicate effectively with the supervisor.

Look professional while wearing the approved uniform and name tag.
